2.0 Set up new a promo campaign
When adding or editing a promo campaign, use the Marketing tab in the Control Panel. After saving, you’ll be able to generate promo codes.
Select Marketing tab in the Control Panel.
Click Promo codes.
Locate the campaign you need and click the pencil icon or click Create button.
Go to the General tab.
Add all necessary info (more details below).
Click Save.


Who will compensate the promo-code. Lets you select who compensates the promo code. Available options:
City
Company
Important: Please note that the discount can only be compensated by the company.
City. Select a city.
Related promotion. Lets you associate a promo campaign with a previously created promotion at the city or company level. You can only link a promo campaign with an existing promotion.
Important: Changing a related promotion for an already created promo campaign is not possible.
Campaign name. Name of a promo campaign in the Control Panel. For ease of search, it may correspond to the name of the related promotion.

The text of the note about the activation of the promo code. Text shown to client after promo-code activation.
For example, if description states "Promo-code for free delivery", after inserting the promo-code the client sees the following text: "Promo-code for free delivery has been activated"
. This text also appears in Monitoring and in company’s/courier’s apps for description of the applied promo-code.
Status. Current status of promo campaign. Available statuses:
Active. The promo campaign is active. Customers can use campaign promo codes.
Inactive. The promo campaign is disabled. Customers can’t use the campaign promo codes.
Promotional campaign codes limit per user. Number of promo-codes in this campaign to be activated by one user. Indicated with number.
Promo campaign codes limit per user. The number of unique campaign promo codes that one user can activate. If the value is 0, then one customer will be able to activate an infinite number of promo codes.
Promo-code limit. The maximum number of uses for each promo code of the campaign. If the value is 0, then each promo code can be activated as many times as possible.
Promo code usage limit per user. The maximum number of uses of each promo code by one user.
Priority. The priority value affects its place in the list of all campaigns. The higher the value, the higher place in the list.
