This functionality allows you to configure how many product cards are displayed in a single row of the catalog on the establishment’s website. The setting is configured at the establishment level, applies to all categories and the “Popular” page, and can be overridden for an individual category if needed. Available values range from 3 to 6.

1. Setting at the Establishment Level (for All Categories)

1. Go to the Establishments section in the admin panel and open the required establishment for editing.
2. Open the Graphics tab.
3. In the “Number of products per row (website, desktop)” field, select a value from 3 to 6.
4. Click Save.

2. Setting for an Individual Category

1. In the establishment, go to Catalog → Categories.
2. Open the required category.
3. Open the Graphics tab.
4. In the “Number of products per row (website, desktop)” field, select a value from 3 to 6, or leave “Use establishment settings” so that the category uses the general establishment-level setting.

Please note! Changes appear on the website within approximately 3 minutes (the time required for synchronization and cache updates).

3. Examples and Recommendations

• Grocery store (many small products with compact cards): set 5 or 6 at the establishment level so customers can see more products without scrolling.
• Restaurant with large food photos: keep 3 or select 4 — the cards will be larger and more prominent.
• Combined approach: set 5 for the establishment, but override categories with large banner-style photos (for example, “Pizza”) to 3. Other categories will remain set to 5.
• After changing the value, be sure to check the website. With 5–6 products per row, the cards become narrower, and long product names may be truncated with an ellipsis.

4. FAQ

Question: I don’t see the “Graphics” tab for the establishment or category. Why?
Answer: The “Custom Interface Design” feature is disabled for the account under the current pricing plan. Contact the person responsible for pricing plans.

Question: I changed the value, but nothing has changed on the website.
Answer: Wait up to 3 minutes and refresh the page (Ctrl+F5 / Cmd+Shift+R). If the issue persists, check whether a different value has been configured for the specific category.

Question: Will this affect the mobile app?
Answer: No. The setting applies only to the website. Mobile applications and the mobile version of the website work as before.

Question: How many products will be displayed on the “Popular” page?
Answer: The number configured at the establishment level. Individual category overrides do not affect the “Popular” page.

Question: Can different categories have different numbers of products per row?
Answer: Yes. Each category can have its own value from 3 to 6 or use the general establishment-level setting.

Question: What happens on tablets?
Answer: The number of products is reduced proportionally: 3 → 2, 4 → 3, 5 → 3, 6 → 4 (see the table in section 3.3).

Question: How can I restore the previous layout?
Answer: Set 3 at the establishment level and select “Use establishment settings” for the categories. This is the default value.
