2.0 Dots Business app self-diagnosis mode
In the event of a problem or problem with the Dots Business app, you need to view the “App Details” screen. It contains basic technical information about the device and app permissions.
If you need to view technical information about the app, swipe right, and tap Application Information in the menu that appears.
System access to notifications - Yes.
App access to notifications - Yes.
Sound - On.
Do not disturb mode - Off.
