2.0 Statistics in Dots Business

Statistics contain summarized information about the selected location’s orders, which can be viewed in the side menu of Dots Business app, Statistics tab.





Displayed elements


At the top of the screen there is a filter for the time interval for which you want to view statistics. Select the desired period to display and click Confirm.




Below are 4 statistical pie charts, namely:


Revenue - Displays the percentage ratio of cash/terminal and online payment types for a certain period. A numerical value is displayed when hovering over the chart.

Cash/terminal.

Number of orders - Displays the percentage of successful and canceled orders for a specific period. A numerical value is displayed when hovering over the chart.
Successful
Cancelled

Receiving type - Displays the percentage of receiving types over a specific period. A numerical value is displayed when hovering over the chart.
Delivery
Pickup

Order Type - Displays the percentage of order types for a specific period. A numerical value is displayed when hovering over the chart.

On the right, the following statistical data are displayed:





Average check - The average check amount for the selected period.
Tips amount - The amount of non-cash tips is displayed. Cash is not counted here, as the courier receives it on the spot.
Tax amount - The amount of value added taxes on goods.
Cashback - The amount of cashback deducted in orders.
Average orders cooking time - The average time from order acceptance to readiness.
Average order delivery time - The average time for delivering orders to the customer.
Average orders receiving and cooking time - The average time from order distribution to the delivery point to order readiness.
Below is a graph of the number of orders, which is constructed after applying the time interval filter.
Number of orders - Number of orders for the selected period by day. When hovering over the graph, the numerical value of orders is displayed.
