2.0 Menu in Dots Business
The Menu tab is used to manage the company’s menu. You must have the appropriate access rights to enter this tab.
All products (dishes) of the company are divided into categories and displayed by priority. Click the down arrow to view all products of the selected category. The panel of each product contains:
Product name. Product name at all company’s locations.
Priority. Ability to change product priority in the Company Panel.
Product price in city currency.
Price change is available by tap. When changing the price at one of the locations, it will change for each of them (if Multicatalog featurelink is inactive)
Product availability toggle. Allows you to temporarily disable the availability of the selected product (dish) for all locations (if Multicatalog feature*link is inactive).
The toggle is active. The product (dish) is available to customers when placing an order on the website or in the mobile app.
The toggle is inactive. The product (dish) is not available to customers when placing an order on the website or mobile app.
Note: To pause an entire category, turn off the toggle at the category level.
Name of the Modifier Group.
Modifiers of each individual group.
Toggle for availability of modifier groups and each modifier separately. Allows you to temporarily disable the availability of the selected modifier for all locations (if Multicatalog featurelink is inactive).
The toggle is active. The modifier is available to customers when placing an order on the website or in the mobile application.
The toggle is inactive. The modifier is not available to customers when placing an order on the website or mobile app.
Note: To disable an entire group of modifiers, turn off the toggle at the group level.
