The Black list of numbers tab allows you to block numbers for sending SMS authorization codes automatically or in manual mode, thereby not spending money on fraudulent SMS confirmations.

Settings:

In the Control Panel, open the Users section.
Select the Customers section.
Open the Phones blacklist tab.

Displayed items

Filter by date. Can be used to download a list of numbers for a certain period of time.
Search filter. Searches for a client by the specified number.
Add phone button. When pressed, a menu will open to add a new phone number to the list.

The list of all previously added phone numbers includes the following items:

Phone. Directly the phone number that was blocked.
Notice. A field to describe the reason why the number was blacklisted.
Time. Date and exact time when the number was blocked.
Edit button. Allows you to edit a number in the black list.
Delete button. Allows you to remove a number from the blacklist.

Search for a number in the Black List

Open the section Users → Customers → Phones blacklist of numbers in the Control Panel.
Set the date range to search.
In the Phone field, enter the required number in the format 380990000000.

Adding a phone number to the Black list of numbers

Open the section Users → Customers → Phones blacklist of numbers in the Control Panel.
Click the Add phone button.
In the Phone field, enter the number in the format 380990000000. In the Note field, enter the reason for blocking.
Click Save.
