2.0 Control panel. Users. Customers. Customer groups. Creating a group of customers

Customer groups allow you to create samples of users using their phone numbers. After that, you can create push-mails, separate promo campaigns or cashback accruals/debits, etc. for each individual group.

Importantly! The client group is formed only from users who are already in the system. If a number is not added, you must first create a user for it, and then add it to the Client Group.

Management of customer groups

Each list item contains:
Name. User group name.
Type. Sample type.
Number of users. Number of users in the selected group.
Edit button. Clicking on the button opens the user group editing page.

Importantly! Customer groups are not deleted. But numbers from the Group can be removed if necessary if the number is small. If there are many numbers, you can simply create another group, and rename the old one and not use it, for example.

Adding a new customer group

To add a new group, click Create.

On the page, enter the group name and customer numbers in the Title and Customer Phone Numbers fields, respectively, and click Save.

Each phone number must contain the country code and be entered on a separate line.
Example
380980000000
