2.0 Control Panel. Editing a Company. Delivery. General

In this tab, the basic parameters of delivery are set. These options allow you to set up tariff zones, delivery costs and door-to-door (inside delivery) surcharges.

How to set up these fields:

Open the Companies section of the Control Panel.
Click on the edit icon opposite the desired company.
Go to the Delivery tab → General tab.
Make the necessary settings in the appropriate fields (see below).
Click Save.



Available settings
Standard delivery cost.
- On - taken from city settings.
- Off - manually set.

If the toggle is not active, additional fields appear.




Delivery price.
- Free - always free.
- Configurable - delivery zones and prices are set manually.

Tariff zones. Are listed with commas and specified in kilometers (for the international system of units) or in miles (for the British and American systems). Example: 5,8,10.

Tariffs. The prices are listed with commas and correspond to the cost of delivery within the specified zones.

For example, if "5,8" is indicated in the "Tariff zones" field, and "40,50" in the "Tariffs" field, this means that the cost of delivery for a distance of up to 5 km will cost 40 ₴, over 5 and up to 8 km - 50 ₴. Delivery over 8 km is unavailable. It is indicated in the city's currency.

Standard rate for inside delivery (door-to-door)
- On - taken from city settings.
- Off - manually set.

If the toggle is not active, an additional field appears.
Extra charge for inside delivery.
0 - means that door-to-door delivery is free of extra charges.
