This page of the report contains statistics on the key metrics, such as the number of orders, average check, overall turnover, and ordering methods.
To see the report, go to Settings and Reports section in the Control Panel.
General information about orders
The number of orders per day for the selected period.
The total number of orders for the selected period (total, successful, cancelled).
Turnover, average check.
The total number of customers, companies, and couriers, as well as the average number of orders per customer.
Order statistics
By the type of delivery (delivery, takeaway, on-site).
By the method of payment (cash, online, payment terminal).
By ordering method (mobile app, website, call centre, on-site).
By mobile platform (Android, iOS).
A bar chart with the ratio of the number of orders and the turnover for each of the locations
