The order card contains complete information about the customer and their. Order cards are displayed in the New, Now, and Later tabs.



Displayed elements of a collapsed card





Timer with the date and time of the order being issued to the courier or customer. If you hover over the timer in the collapsed card, the order creation time and readiness time will be displayed. You may edit the issuance time if necessary, click on the pencil above the timer to do so.



The graph displays the number of orders with the issuance time at a specific hour. This is to inform the pick-up point employees about the kitchen's workload. If the order limit is exceeded, the hour slot will be highlighted in red. More information about this setting can be found in the article*link.



Important! The colored indicator around the timer signals the time remaining until issuance.

Green - is displayed from the time the order is created to 80% of the time until it is issued.

Orange - changes when 80-98% of time has passed until the time of issue.

Red - issuance overdue.



Order number and delivery type.

To copy the order number, click on it.

Customer name and phone number.

To copy this data, click on it.

Payment type and amount to be paid excluding shipping costs. It should be paid by the courier if they have an internal account.

To view detailed information about the order, click on the arrow on the right side of the order card.



The expanded card contains the following blocks:





Order - contains the composition of the order and the total cost of all products (dishes), as well as packaging and cutlery. The Order Note is displayed if a note from the customer or operator was added to the order. The Need change from field is displayed if the customer specified it on the checkout page while placing an order.



Promotions - information about applied discounts and certificates.



Customer - displays customer data, phone number, number of orders, language. If a note about them was added by the restaurant's staff, it is displayed on an orange background.




Delivery - information about the method of receipt. Contains the delivery method, total delivery cost and the customer's full address.


Subtotal - the order amount including applied promotions, but excluding the cost of delivery.



Total - the order amount including discounts and delivery cost. Click the View payments button to see detailed payment information.



Cancel order button - click to cancel the order

* POS response button - click to see if the order was uploaded to the POS system. Click the Export to POS button to initiate a repeated request for uploading if the order wasn’t exported for some reason.
