2.0 Data report > Operational metrics
This page of the report shows statistics on the time of distribution, acceptance, preparation, and delivery of orders. It also shows the average lead time.
To see the report, go to the Settings and Reports section in the Control Panel.
Actual lead time (orange). The average value of all actual lead time values (from the moment of order placing until delivery) excluding orders for a specific time and takeaways. In a separate block, appear its constituent parts: the average time of distribution, confirmation, preparation, and delivery.
Estimated lead time (gray). The average value of all estimated lead time values (from the moment of order placing until its estimated delivery).
Client lead time (blue). The average value of all client lead time values (estimated delivery time + maximum delivery delay time).

A bar chart that shows the ratio of average actual, estimated, and customer lead time for each company location.
A pie chart that shows the percentage ratio of manual (orange) and automatic (gray) distribution of orders with delay time.
A bar chart that shows the quantity ratio of the manual (orange) and automatic (gray) distribution of orders for all company locations.

Available info
Actual lead time (orange). The average value of all actual lead time values (from the moment of order placing until delivery) excluding orders for a specific time and takeaways.
