You can choose the way new orders will be assigned among the couriers on duty.
In the Control Panel, click Settings.
Locate the city you need and click the pencil icon.
Click the Delivery → Driver Distribution tab.
In the Order assignment mode field, choose the desired mode.
Click Save.

Default delivery fleet. Select the priority delivery fleet, which will be in charge of delivering all city orders.
Auto. Delivery orders will be primarily assigned to the own fleet of couriers. In cases when the own fleet can’t deliver the order, it will be assigned to a third-party fleet (with the highest priority in the list of delivery fleets).
Own service. All orders will be assigned to the own fleet of couriers, which is configured in the Delivery fleets section In cases when the own fleet is unable to deliver the order, it will require manual assignment by the operator.
Third-party delivery fleet. All orders will be primarily assigned to the tried-party couriers.
Order assignment mode
Auto. All new orders are automatically assigned among the couriers online. In this mode, operators still need to monitor order statuses.
Manual (default option). All new orders require manual assignment by the operators.
Important: Select for cases when couriers must take orders themselves in broadcast mode
Distances for each type of courier. Allows you to customize the logic of distributing orders to couriers within the specified distances. These distances will affect which couriers will be able to accept a particular order. It also allows you to limit the automatic distribution of orders to couriers who are far from the delivery points. All distances are indicated in meters.
Tip: You can manage city delivery fleets in the Delivery fleets section of the Control Panel.
