2.0 Switching the statuses of a company location in the Dots Business app
Operating modes (statuses) allow you to manage the availability of the company location for customers. To change the status, tap on the corresponding button in the upper right corner. It is called “Pause” or “Change” depending on the current status of the location.

When you tap on the button, you’ll see the status selection window.
Pause (corresponds to the ""Disabled"" status in the Control Panel). The location is off and unavailable for receiving orders. For this status, you can set an expiration date, after which the mode will automatically switch to ""Active"".

Note: We do not recommend turning off the only existing location, as in this case, customers will not be able to place an order. In this case, the company's menu will only be available via a direct link.
Active (corresponds to the ""Enabled"" status in the Control Panel). The location is available for accepting orders for delivery and pickup.

Active (no pickup) (corresponds to the ""Hidden"" status in the Control Panel). The location is available for distribution of delivery orders, but not available for customer pickup. The system will not allow the operator to manually distribute the self-pickup order to the specified location.

Deleted. Deletes the selected location. To restore the deleted location, go to Companies tab in the Control Panel> click the edit icon next to the desired company > go to Addresses tab > in the status filter field select Deleted locations.

Important: Delete locations only as a last resort. Before deleting, check the need for this action with your supervisor.
