Why was the order placed outside the delivery area of the company?
There are several cases where the system may allow a customer to place an order outside the company's delivery area:
At the city level, the setting is activated - Allow orders for addresses outside the delivery zone of companies, in which orders enter the system, but remain unallocated.

Streets have been renamed in the city, but this data has not yet been updated in the map services. In such a situation, the user can enter an address that the system considers to be within the delivery zone.
If the client's address falls within the Delivery Zone of the city, the system will allow them to place an order, while the available delivery type will be Takeaway only.
The location coordinates of the client are included in the delivery area of the company, regardless of the displayed address, a mark By coordinates! is displayed next to the client's address. more details about this mark are described in the article at the link: here
In the same city, the same address corresponds to several different points on the map, if at least one of them falls into the delivery zone of the company, the client will be able to place an order, since the cartographic service cannot determine exactly which of the two points actually corresponds to the specified address.
If errors were made in the address, as a result of which the cartographic service could not correctly recognize it, the order will be placed, and in the Monitoring Panel, next to the client's address, the Clarify! mark will be displayed. At the same time, the client will receive a notification that they can be contacted to clarify the address.

Such an order will require manual distribution to the company, after adjusting the delivery address.
