Why orders may not be received if the city and companies are On?

Orders may not be received in the Monitoring Panel and in the Company Panel if a courier service has not been created. It is configured in the Control Panel → City → Delivery service → Add delivery service button.






Also, it is important that at least one courier is created and connected.
