Why are orders not displayed in the Broadcast tab in the courier app?

Orders may not be displayed on the Broadcast tab in the courier app for several reasons:


  • The courier is not active. The courier status can be changed by any employee who has access to the Monitoring Panel, the Fleet tab, for example, a CC operator or a logistician.




  • The wrong company was selected in the company filter in the courier app.




  • The Broadcast mode is not enabled at all in the Control Panel settings, in which case the Broadcast tab is completely absent from the application. To activate the mode, go to Control Panel → Cities → edit → Logistics → Broadcast Mode field.




  • The courier did not restart the application after changing the operating mode to Broadcast in the Control Panel (after switching to work in the Broadcast mode or vice versa, it is necessary to restart the app).
