What is the effect of the Dispatch Delay (green) and Dispatch Delay (red) parameters in the city's logistics settings?

The settings of the Dispatch delay (green), min. and Dispatch delay (red), min. parameters are responsible for changing the color of the order icon on the Broadcast map in the courier app, depending on the time left before the order is dispatched to the courier. You can change these settings in Control Panel → Cities → edit → Logistics.

In the Dispatch delay (green), min. field, set the number of minutes before the order dispatch time, at which the order icon will be colored green.

Example: In the Dispatch delay (green), min. field, the value is set to -10. If the time before the order is dispatched to the courier is more than 10 minutes, the order icon on the map will be green. When the time to dispatch is less than 10 minutes, the icon will turn yellow and remain so until the time specified in the Dispatch delay (red), min.

In the Dispatch delay (red), min. field set the number of minutes before the order dispatch time, at which the order icon will be colored red.

Example: Dispatch delay (red), min. field is set to: 0. If the pickup time has already arrived and the order has not been picked up by the courier, the order icon on the map will be red.

With the help of color segmentation of orders on the courier map, you can optimize the taking of orders into work in the Broadcast mode. These parameters help to visually highlight orders that require urgent delivery by couriers.
