What is the difference between the types of interaction with couriers?
The type of interaction with the courier affects the display of information in the courier application, Monitoring Panel and Company Panel.
Standard mode (default mode) - the courier application displays only the information necessary for order delivery. Also, a simplified display of information in the Company Panel is activated, and the calculation of money earned by the courier is not carried out. Typically used when working with own courier fleet.
Aggregator - involves the use of a virtual account of the courier and the display of additional financial information in reports on couriers in the Monitoring Panel, the courier application and the Company Panel.
It is configured in the Control Panel → City → Delivery Services → edit → Type of interaction with the courier field.
