In this section, a list of all system users of the service with the Moderator access level and additional information about them is displayed in the form of a table. It also adds and edits users.

Settings



Select the Users section from the Control Panel menu.
Open the section Users => List of users.



Displayed items


Top of the page



Search for items. Allows you to search for users by phone number, name, email.
Field filter by status. Filters Users according to statuses - All statuses, Active, Blocked.
Field filter by role. Finds all Users according to the selected Role.
Create button. Opens the page for creating a new user.

User table





Email. The user's email address used for authorization in the Control Panel, Monitoring Panel, Dots Business and Dots Delivery.
Name. Username in the system. When you click on the name, a window with the customer's order history will appear.
Phone. The user's contact phone number used for authorization in the client's mobile application and the Dots Delivery application. The customer's order history is also linked to this number.
Status. Current user status in the system. If you double-click on the status, it will be possible to change it. Selection options in the field:
Active. The user is active and has access to placing orders or managing the system depending on the role of the moderator.
Blocked. The user cannot log in to the service controls or place an order using the specified phone number.
Access level. Displays the level of user access to system elements:
Moderator. A user with access to the administrative part of the system. The role of the moderator is shown in parentheses.
SMS button. Opens the history of SMS sent to this user.
Edit button. Opens the user edit page.
Delete button. Deletes the user permanently from the system.
