User groups

User groups allow you to create customer selections using their phone numbers. Such a group can be used for various purposes, such as push campaigns, SMS mailings, and working with a selection of customers obtained through ** RFM segmentation. **

To create a new User Group, go to Control Panel → User Groups → Add Group.
