Use this tab to view location statistics and key operational metrics over the past months. To access this tab, you must have the appropriate permission.



Available elements



The filter at the top of the page lets you filter reports by moths/year. The report for the current month will be available only after its end.



Below the filter is statistics, which includes the following indicators:
The number of completed orders. The total number of successfully completed orders for the selected month.
Canceled orders. The number of canceled orders and their ratio to the total number of orders for the selected month.
The average number of orders per day. The average number of completed orders per day (based on the number of days in a month and the number of completed orders).
Average check. The average check for the selected month.
Average time of order preparation. Average time from order confirmation to estimated pickup time.
Average time of confirmation and preparation of orders. Average time from order distribution to the location to estimated pickup time.
Turnover. The amount of money received from customers.
Turnover (online payment). The amount of money received from customers when paying for orders online.
Commission. The amount of the commission of the company location for delivery services.
Cost of the dish of the week. Cost of the “Dish of the Week" promotion for a company, depending on the discount percentage and the number of orders for this dish.
The number of free deliveries (excluding promo campaigns). The number of successful orders with the applied free delivery promotion (excluding promo campaigns).
Cashback turnover for delivery (online/cash). Total cashback applied to delivery orders.
Cashback turnover at the location (online/cash). The total amount of cashback that was applied to all types of orders except standard delivery and doorstep delivery. Includes orders with online and cash payments.

Below is the line chart that shows the number of orders for the selected month.



Below are pie charts that show the key indicators. When you tap on a sector of the diagram, you’ll see the percentage and the number of orders of the selected indicator.



The chart that shows the ratio of delivery methods (takeaway, standard delivery, etc.).
The chart that shows the ratio of ordering methods (website, iOS, Andoid, etc.).
The chart that shows the ratio of completed and canceled orders.
