Recommendations for the distribution of orders during peak hours
To reduce the heavy load on the company during peak hours, several steps can be taken:
You can reduce the kitchen output by limiting the maximum number of orders the kitchen can process in one hour. To configure, go to Control Panel → Cities → edit → Places → edit → Addresses → edit, uncheck the Standard max. number of orders per hour box and in the field that appears - Max. number of orders per hour, specify how many orders a particular company's address can process per hour.

You can turn on the slot delivery mode (turn off the As soon as possible mode, turn on the Broadcast mode for couriers) to deliver orders more efficiently.

You can switch the city to work in the takeaway-only format.

It is possible to regulate the acceptance of orders at the company/address of the company by changing its status to pause and vice versa.

To monitor the load situation of all companies, you need to use the Cities tab in the Monitoring Panel.
