2.0 Control Panel. Editing a Company. Editing Addresses. Monitoring Panel
This section lists the phone numbers to receive automatic calls, as well as calls from the operators of the Monitoring Panel. The value of the maximum number of orders per hour, which can be accepted by one location, is also filled in here. This value is used to inform the cashiers and managers about the kitchen's busyness.
Setting up the Monitoring tab
- Select the Companies section in the Control Panel.
- Click on the edit icon opposite the desired company.
- Go to the Addresses tab.
- Click on the edit icon opposite the desired release point.
- Go to the Monitoring Panel section.
- Fill in all the required information.
- Click Save.
Setup requirements
- Contact phone numbers. Phone numbers of the delivery point that will be displayed on the Monitoring panel in the Restaurants tab. They are specified with the country code separated by comma.
Example
- Phone numbers for notifications. Phone numbers that receive automated calls about new notifications and delays in accepting orders. They are indicated with the country code separated by commas.
Example
- Use default number of orders per hour. The checkbox in the field is responsible for using the standard value specified at the city level.
The checkbox is active The default value specified at the city level LINK is used.
The checkbox is inactive. The "Recommended number of orders per hour" field appears.
- Recommended number of orders per hour. Indicates the maximum number of orders per hour that can be accepted by a specific location.
