Order card in the Dots Business app
The order card contains complete information on the order and customer info. Order cards appear in the In Process, Notifications, and Archive tabs.
Order cards can be white, green, yellow, or gray.
White. An active or a successfully completed order.

Green. The order is ready for pickup. Order card turns green only after taping "Order is ready".

Yellow. Pre-order accepted by the location with delivery on the next or subsequent days.

Gray. A canceled order that appears only in the Archive tab.

Customer info. Contains the customer's name, the total number of orders they have placed, the current order number, and the customer's phone number.

Pickup and delivery info. Contains the following elements:
Delivery method (home delivery, takeaway, etc.)
In case of a pre-order, the date and time of the preparation due time will be shown. If the order has not been placed for a specific time, then you’ll see the "ASAP" mark instead of the time.
The amount of compensation for delivery to the courier in cases when a customer applies the free delivery from the company (available only if the courier has a virtual account).

Payment info. Contains the following elements:
Payment method:
Bill - the customer pays for the order in cash.
Bill (paid online) - customer paid for the order online.
Bill (TERM) - the customer pays for the order through the payment terminal upon receiving the order.
Amount to be paid excluding delivery costs. Must be paid by courier if he has a virtual account
“Notes” mark. Appears when a customer or operator has left a note for the order. To see the note, just tap on the mark. It will be shown in the orange block.

To view detailed information on the order, tap the on the triangle on the right side of the order card.

Order details contain the following information:
The composition of the order and the total cost of all products (dishes).
Information about applied discounts and vouchers.
Order note.

Delivery information. Contains info about delivery method, the total cost of delivery, customer address, and the order total (order price + delivery).
