2.0 Control Panel. Editing a City. Orders Workflow
This feature allows you to enable or disable the automatic distribution of the customer orders to the pick-up point in the Monitoring Panel.
Open the Settings => Cities section in the Control panel.
Click the edit icon next to the desired city in the list.
Go to the Orders Workflow tab.
In the Orders distribution type field, select the required type.
Click the Save button.
Distribute all - distribution type, in which all placed orders will be automatically distributed.
Conditional distribution - distribution type, in which conditions are set according to which orders will be automatically distributed.
Don’t distribute all - distribution type, in which all orders will wait for manual distribution.
Online payment without restrictions. Setting up distribution for orders paid online.
On - All orders with online payment will be distributed automatically immediately after placing an order, without checking the payment status
Off - Orders with online payment will be distributed according to the configured distribution restrictions.
Distribute new customer orders. Ability to set up automatic distribution only for the first order of a new customer with online payment.
On - the first orders of new customers with the online payment type will be distributed automatically.
Off - only the first orders of new customers with the online payment type, the amount of which is less than the amount specified in the "New customer order amount limit" field, will be automatically distributed.
Distribute success online payments. A payment with the status "on hold" is considered successful. This means that the payment has been successfully made and the funds on the customer's card are frozen and will be debited after the order is successfully completed.
On - orders with successful online payment will be automatically distributed.
Off - orders with successful online payment will not be distributed automatically.
Distribute failed online payments. Orders for which payment from the customer's card was unsuccessful.
On - unsuccessful online payment orders will be automatically distributed after the expiration of the "Max payment expiration time", which is configured in the online payment settings.
Off - unsuccessful online payment orders will not be distributed automatically
Cash and terminal payment without restrictions. You can set up automatic distribution of orders with the type of payment - cash and terminal. It is possible to set up separate settings for new and regular customers.
On - All orders with payment type cash or terminal will be distributed automatically.
Off - Orders with the payment type cash or terminal will be distributed according to the configured distribution restrictions.
*Distribute new customer orders

On - the first orders of new customers with cash or terminal payment be distributed automatically.
Off - only the first orders of new customers with cash or terminal payment, the amount of which is less than the amount specified in the "New customer order amount limit" field, will be automatically distributed.
Distribute regular customer orders. Setting up only for orders of existing customers who already have at least one successfully completed order.
On - the regular customer orders will be distributed automatically.
Off - only the regular customer orders, the amount of which is less than the amount specified in the "Regular customer order amount limit" field, will be automatically distributed.
Order address without restrictions. You can configure the distribution of orders depending on the correctness of the delivery address.
On - All orders with any specified address will be distributed automatically.
Off - Only orders with a correctly defined address will be automatically distributed. Orders with an unknown address will require manual distribution in Monitoring.
If the switch in this field is turned off, then if the system cannot recognize the customer's address, a new order will come to Monitoring without auto-distribution and with the note " Clarify!"
Specify the minimum order value. In order to specify the desired value, activate the toggle.
Minimum order value. The value is indicated in monetary equivalent. The client will not be able to place an order for an amount less than that specified in this field.
