2.0 Users. Customers. Customer groups. Cashback
This tab contains settings that allow you to credit and debit cashback to certain groups of users. Depending on the business objectives, you can use the loyalty program for the desired purposes, namely to credit cashback to loyal customers, reward users who have not placed an order for a certain period, or write off users.
Open Users and open the Customers => Customer groups section.
Create a Customer groups to whom you want to credit/write off cashback. Learn more about how to create a user group.
Open the Cashback tab.
Enter the required information.
Click the Save button.


Apply type.
Relative to available balance - the cashback amount will be added or deducted relative to the available cashback balance of each user in the group.
Set the absolute value - the amount of the existing cashback balance of each user in the group will be replaced with a new one.
Cashback amount. Enter a number with the value "-" if you want to subtract the cashback.
Note: If you want to completely write off the entire amount of the current cashback for the entire group, you need to enter 0 in this field and select the Set absolute value application type.
If you want to credit 50 cashback points to customers so that they have a total of 50 points, select the Set absolute value application type and specify 50 in the Cashback amount field.
Comment. A field in which you can enter a comment or any information regarding the reasons for writing off and crediting cashback to certain groups. This comment can be seen in the dashboard in the cashback tab for this client.

Tip : You can use this functionality to reward customers, for example, you can use RFM segmentation to create a group of users by the frequency of placing orders and create a newsletter about the accrual of cashback points. Also, within the framework of certain marketing goals, you can reward certain groups of users who, for example, participated in giveaways or mentioned the company in their posts on social networks.
