Is it possible to make a promo code for a discount of a certain amount with a limit on the number of uses?

To discount a certain amount, you need to create a Certificate type promotion. A limit on the number of uses of a promo code can be set in the settings of the promo code itself. To do this, go to Control Panel → City → Promo codes → Add campaign → Promo code limit field.
