How to understand if an order with online payment was paid or not?
Orders that do not have a successful online payment remain unallocated. The status of the transaction will be indicated opposite the Load payment data link, by clicking on it in the order card on the Monitoring Panel.
Pending status means that the funds have not yet been reserved (perhaps there is not enough money on the card to pay for the order) and the order will not be processed. On-hold status means that the money has been successfully frozen on the client's account.
