How to tie the work of couriers to a specific address of the company?
There are several ways to organize the binding of couriers to a specific address of the company:
By transferring couriers to work in the Broadcast mode. Broadcast is a mode in the courier app, in which orders remain unallocated to couriers and they can take them to work themselves. To activate it, you need to go to Control Panel → City → Logistics → Broadcast Mode check-box.
Limit the working radius of your couriers. Thus, orders that fall within this radius will be automatically distributed to couriers in the application, and those that do not fall within the radius will remain unallocated and can be distributed manually. You can set the radius for different types of couriers in the Control Panel → City → Delivery Service → edit → General tab.
