How to set up logistics so that orders are delivered no later than 60 minutes?
In order to deliver orders no later than 60 minutes, you need to make the following Logistics settings:
additional time coefficient = 0.01 (to reduce the time to order to zero, regardless of distance)
max. courier delay time = 24 minutes (in fact, this will be the time for delivery of each order, for orders placed for as soon as possible 5 minutes will be added to this time for the client).
max. order delivery time - 29 minutes (this time is used for addresses that could not be correctly determined and calculated delivery time).
min. time for dispatching an order = 10 minutes (in order for the time to receive an order to be up to 60 minutes, we recommend choosing a time from 10 to 30 minutes in the kitchen).
As a result (if the kitchen correctly sets the cooking time from 10 to 30 minutes), the deadline for each order will not exceed 59 minutes. Delays will be displayed in Monitoring.
