How to pause the city?
There are several ways to pause a city:
In Control Panel → Cities → General - select Pause in the Status field
In the Monitoring Panel → Cities→ On/Off
Keep in mind that when a city is in the Paused status, users will be able to view the restaurant menu, but will not be able to place an order. When you go to the cart, you will see a message about the temporary suspension of orders.
