How to notify customers that the company has not yet launched and orders are not being accepted?

To notify customers on the site and in the mobile app, you can use a note that will pop up to customers on the site and in the app when they open it. In the text of the note, you can indicate that this is a demo version and orders are temporarily not accepted.



  • To configure, go to Control Panel → City → Company → General → Note field.

  • Also, you can pause the company so that customers do not have the opportunity to create orders. To do this, select Pause in the Status field.
