2.0 How to mark the person responsible for the delay?
There are two ways to find out who is responsible for the delay:
By clicking on the exclamation mark icon in the order card of the Monitoring Panel. In the window that opens, you can see the one responsible for the delay, if they were indicated earlier and a problem was created.

Looking at the stages of the order, in the order card of the Monitoring Panel. If a delay occurs at any of the stages, the block corresponding to this stage is highlighted in orange with an indication of the delay time in minutes. By clicking on the time, a window opens in which you can mark the person responsible for the delay and change the delay time. After that, under the delay time, the responsible person will also be indicated.
