2.0 How to change the payment type in the order?

In order to change the payment method in an active order, the order card has a Download payment data button, after clicking, a panel appears where you can view the payment details or choose a new payment method for the order. Payment methods (cash, terminal, online, cashback) and their status are displayed here.



In order to change the payment method, you need to click on the current payment method, select the desired method in the window and press the Save button.






Important! If the payment is changed from cash to online, you need to click on the "SMS" button so that the client will receive an SMS with a link to the page for online payment of the order.



Note. If the customer has not paid for the order with online payment within 30 minutes, the payment status will change to Outdated and the payment method will automatically change to Cash. Such orders are not automatically allocated to the institution, so you need to contact the client and clarify whether the order is current, since the online payment has not been received. In such cases, you can again change the payment method to Online and press the SMS button to send the payment form to the client again.
