How to change the dispatch time of the order in the company?

To change the minimum time for dispatching an order to a courier, you need to go to Control Panel → Cities → edit → Logistics, and enter the required time in the Min. time for dispatching an order field.






If changes need to be made at the dispatch time of a particular order without changing the system settings, there are several options for making these changes:

Changes can be made by the operator in the Monitoring Panel by opening the Card of the order, the dispatch time of which needs to be changed:





Changes can be made by the company itself in the Restaurant Panel by clicking on the Order Dispatch Time field:








It is important to take into account that when the Order Dispatch Time by the company changes, the Delivery Time for this order also changes, and therefore the client receives an SMS message about the changes. Rescheduling orders should be done only in cases of emergency.
