2.0 Control Panel. Companies. Company management
This section displays information about all the companies in the city. This is also where companies are added, configured and deleted.
Top part of the page
Search box. Allows you to search for the particular company by its name.
Filter by city. Displays all companies according to the city specified in the filter.
Filter by status. Shows a list of companies according to the specified status in this filter.
Create button. Opens the page for creating a company.
Company list table
Image. A thumbnail of the company's logo.
City. The city in which the company was created.
Name. Company name in the system.
Priority. Priority number, which affects the order of displaying the company on the city's company selection page (if there are several companies in the city). The higher the value, the higher the position on the list. When you double-click, you can set a new value.
Rating. The company's rating on a ten-point scale, depends on customer ratings.
Correction. A manual adjustment that can be made to the displayed company rating. Once a new value is entered, it will be added to the company's current rating on the website and mobile app.
Note: If the field is set to 0, customers will be shown the actual company rating.
Reviews. The ratio of rejected reviews to the total number of company reviews.
Status. Current status of the company. Status change is available by double-clicking.
Note: the arrows next to the column name allow you to sort the companies. For example, from lowest to highest priority.
Quick settings button. Allows you to immediately open the company’s settings - Addresses, Catalogue, Promotions.
Edit button. Opens the full company’s settings page.
Delete button. Moves the company to the Deleted list.
Note: You can restore a deleted company with all its settings. To do this, set the "Removed" parameter in the filter of all companies by status. In the list of deleted companies, click the "Restore" icon next to the desired one. It will be restored immediately.
