The Dots Business app is a workplace for a cashier, waiter, and company manager. Here you can confirm, manage and cancel orders. In addition, this app allows you to place a new order, work with reviews and reports, as well as manage the company menu.

In process



This tab shows active orders, pre-orders, and orders that are ready for pickup. Here you can confirm or cancel an order.



Order card



The order card contains all the necessary details of the order and allows you to change the estimated pickup time, order price, or cancel the order. If you have the configured integration, the order can be transferred to the POS system.



Notifications



This tab displays all new orders, as well as notifications about canceled orders and new reviews. This is where you can confirm or reject new orders.




Reviews



All ratings and reviews left by customers, as well as the average rating of the company, appear here. The number in the tab represents the number of unprocessed reviews.




New order



Use this tab to place an order directly from the app. After placing it, working with it is the same as with a regular order.




Archive



Contains a summary of completed orders for the selected time period, as well as a list of all completed orders, which can be downloaded in PDF format.



Reports



Use this tab to view location statistics and key operational metrics over the past months. To access this tab, you must have the appropriate access.



Menu



Use this tab to manage the availability of the company's products, as well as change their prices.
