2.0 Users. Customers. Customer groups. Creating customer groups

User groups allow you to create selections of customers using their phone numbers. After that, you can create push mailings or separate promotional campaigns for each individual group.

Important! A customer group is formed only from users who already exist in the system. If a number is not added, it must first create a user and then add it to the Customer Group.

Each element of the list contains:

Name. The name of the Customer group.
Type. Type of sample.
Users count. The number of Customers in the selected group.
Edit button. Clicking the button opens the Customer groups editing page.

Important! Customer groups cannot be deleted. However, you can delete numbers from a Group if you need to, if there is a small number of them. If there are a lot of numbers, you can simply create another group, and rename the old one and not use it.

To add a new group, click "Create".

On the page that appears, enter the group name and Customer numbers in the Title and Customers phone numbers fields, respectively, and click Save.

Each phone number must contain a country code and be on a separate line.
Example
380980000000
