2.0 Control Panel. Companies. Creating a Company

If there is already an existing company and there is a need to create the same or similar one, it can be copied to any previously created city. When copying, all company settings are transferred, except for its addresses.

If you want to create a completely new Company, go to the Control Panel => the Companies section => click the Create button.



Fill in the following fields:



City. Select the city in which you want to create a new company.
Name. Enter only the name of the company, without its type. Example: Celentano
About a company. The text displayed on the company's "Info" screen.



After adding a Company, you need to fill in the following tabs:



General tab - contains general information about the created company.



Description of fields to be filled:


City. The name of the city is saved automatically when the company is created. It is not possible to make changes to this field.
Name. Only the name, without the type of company. Example: Celentano
Url. The field is used to form a link to the menu of a specific company. Only Latin letters without spaces and special characters can be used.
Priority. This field specifies priority that affects the order in which this company is displayed on the company selection page (if there are several companies in one city).
Other fields in the General tab are filled in and edited as necessary according to the informers attached. Read more in the article.

Graphics tab provides for addition of graphic images of thecompany, namely Logo, Cover and Maxi-cover. You can read more about setting all parameters on this page in the article.
Payments tab allows you to enable online payment and terminal payment. You can read more about setting all parameters on this page in the article.
Packaging tab. In this tab, the company's packaging is configured. Read more about all parameters on this page at the link.
Delivery tab contains two subsections of settings: General and Informers. In the General tab , the delivery settings of the company, tariffs and tariff zones are available. The Informers tab allows you to set up Informers on the speed and cost of delivery on the website and in the app.

On Timings tab, the delivery time parameters and the type of order receiving time are set. More information about setting all parameters on this page can be found at the link.
On Texts tab you can add information about the company and a note, if you need to specify some important information (urgent messages, restrictions, etc.). It will be visible to all customers above the menu and as a pop-up on the website and in the apps. Read more here.
On SEO tab you can add case settings for the company name and meta tags for its web pages. Here you can also customize the footer texts on the menu and promotions pages. Read more about these parameters here.
Addresses tab displays information about all the company's delivery points. This is also where they are added, configured and removed. You can read more about creating a new address and setting its parameters here.
Catalog tab is responsible for setting the company’s Menu. It consists of the following sections:
● In the Categories section, the basic parameters of a product category are set during its creation or editing. Categories allow you to structure certain products of the company for ease of search. Learn more about the creation and configuration of categories in the article.
Products - setting the main parameters of products (dishes) when adding or editing. After configuration, the products will be available for ordering on the website and in the app. Details of setting the parameters of this tab can be found here.
Packaging - this section displays information about all types of packaging for the company's products. This is also where you add, configure, and remove selected packages. Learn more about setting the parameters of this tab here.
Modifier groups - this tab displays information about all groups of modifiers for a specific company's products. They are also added, configured and deleted here. Groups of modifiers allow you to organize and quickly manage their availability. Read more here.
Modifiers. Modifiers are additives to the main composition of products, such as syrup for coffee or cheese for pizza. This tab allows you to create and edit product modifiers. More information on them at the link.
Promotions tab - in this tab, promotions at the company level are created and edited. The following types of promotions are available: free delivery, discount, certificate and custom promotion. Details on how to configure this tab can be found in the article.

Specializations tab - here you can configure the list of product categories (dishes) in which the selected company specializes. This allows you to sort companies using the appropriate filters on the city page. Learn more about it at the link.
Monitoring tab allows you to set the type of interaction and the method of informing about new notifications in Monitoring. You can read more about its options here.
Orders Workflow - in this tab, the order distribution type is configured. See details about settings on this section here.
Invoices tab - here the percentage of the commission paid by the company is set, provided that the project type is multi-brand (this is a service with two or more institutions/brands). More information can be found here.
Copy tab allows you to create a copy of the company in the selected city. When copying, all company settings are transferred, except for its addresses and settings at this level. See more details here.
