2.0 Change the delivery address in the Monitoring Panel
If the customer’s address was determined incorrectly, you can manually specify the coordinates of the address and change the cost of delivery.
To change the delivery address, open the full order card in the Monitoring Panel and click Edit address.


Street (street name only).
Number (street number only).
Apartment (apartment number).
Floor (floor number).
Note (address note).
If necessary, you can specify the coordinates manually. To do this, select the Set coordinates manually checkbox, specify the location and click Find.
Distribute automatically. After changing the delivery address, the order will be automatically distributed to the most suitable courier.
Use the manually indicated price. Delivery cost will be equal to the value specified in the Delivery cost field, regardless of the distance.
Do not notify courier. After changing the delivery address, the courier will not be notified in the app.
Click Save to save changes.

Street (street name only).
Number (street number only).
Apartment (apartment number).
Floor (floor number).
Note (address note).

In addition, you can specify additional parameters:
Distribute automatically. After changing the delivery address, the order will be automatically distributed to the most suitable courier.

Do not notify courier. After changing the delivery address, the courier will not be notified in the app.
Click Save to save changes.
