2.0 Can users edit or delete their reviews?
Reviews can be handled in several places:
Users can edit their reviews and ratings for specific orders through the mobile app under the Order Details → Rating tab (this also applies to orders placed through the website).
If a user left a review in the Apple Store or Google Play, they can edit or delete it.
There is no way to delete or edit reviews on the site. But, it is possible to edit their display through the Monitoring Panel → Clients.
Also, you can turn off the display of reviews on the site in the Control Panel → Settings → City Editing → System tab, Show reviews.
