2.0 Archive and order statistics in the Monitoring Panel
The Archive > Orders tab provides a summary of all placed orders. It lets you view a list of all orders for the selected time period. It is also possible to export an archive of orders in CSV format and view detailed information on each of them.
At the top of the page, there are filters that allow you to filter statistics and orders by the following indicators:

Operator (all or a specific operator).
Type of interaction (all types of interaction, orders and delivery, orders only).
Delivery method (all delivery methods, delivery only, takeaway only, reservation only).
Merged orders (merged and not merged, merged only).
Order status (all statuses, completed, cancelled).
Payment method (all payment methods, online payment, payment via terminal, payment by cash, cashback).
Delay when confirming an order at a company location (with and without confirmation delay, without confirmation delay (or < 5 min), with confirmation delay (or < 5 min), with confirmation delay (or < 10 min), with confirmation delay (or < 20 min)).
Pickup delay (with and without pickup delay, without pickup delay (or < 5 min), with pickup delay (or < 5 min), with pickup delay (or < 10 min), with pickup delay (or < 20 min)).
Delivery delay (with and without delivery delay, without delivery delay (or < 5 min), with delivery delay (or < 5 min), with delivery delay (or < 10 min), with delivery delay (or < 20 min)).
Ordering method (All ordering methods, website, via phone, iOS app, Android app, on site).
Ways to get an order (All ways to get an order, standard delivery, doorstep delivery, pickup, reservation, serving to the table, room delivery, postal delivery).
Time interval (date, month, year).
Click Apply to apply the selected filters. Select the Show orders checkbox to view a list of orders according to the selected filters.

Click Export to CSV to download the archive of orders in CSV format.

Note: The "Interaction type" and "Delivery method" fields, as well as the "Export to CSV" button, appear only after you select a city.
Note: The maximum time interval is 3 months.
Below the filters is summary information, which includes the following points:

The number of successfully completed orders and their ratio to the total number of orders.
Total value of orders (without delivery cost).
The number of orders with applied cashback and the amount of applied cashback.
The number of successfully completed orders placed on the website and their percentage of the total number of successfully completed orders.
The number of successfully completed orders placed using the app and their percentage to the total number of successfully completed orders. There’s also percentage ratio of orders by platform (IOS, Android).
The number of successfully completed orders placed by phone and their percentage ratio to the total number of successfully completed orders.
The number of successfully completed orders placed at the company location and their percentage ratio to the total number of successfully completed orders.
Quantity and percentage ratios of orders paid in cash to orders paid online.
The number of canceled orders and their percentage ratio to the total number of orders.
Average number of successfully completed orders per day for the selected time period.
Average time of order distribution to the company location.
Average order confirmation time in the Dots Business app.
Average time on kitchen.
Average delivery time.
Average order lifecycle.
Average preparation time.
Average time of confirmation and preparation of orders.
Average receipt.
The number of successfully completed orders with standard delivery and their percentage ratio to the total number of successfully completed orders. It also shows the percentage ratio of standard delivery to doorstep delivery.
The number of successfully completed takeaway orders and their percentage ratio to the total number of successfully completed orders.
The number of successfully completed orders with a table reservation and their percentage to the total number of successfully completed orders.
The number of successfully completed orders with a postal delivery and their percentage to the total number of successfully completed orders.
On the right, there’s a line graph that shows the number of orders, which is built depending on the selected filters.
