Add a hotline number

The hotline number appears in the contact block of the website and in the app. This number lets your customers contact you and make orders via phone.



To add a hotline number:

In the Control Panel, click City Management.

Locate the city you need and click the pencil icon.

Click the General tab.

In the Hotline number field, enter a phone number.

Click Save.



Use only one phone number for the hotline. There are no restrictions on the phone number format.

Examples
(050) 000-00-00
(0800) 00-00-00

The hotline number appears in the top-right corner of the website.



If you don’t add a number, the hotline section will be hidden, and only chat support will be available.



If you don’t set a hotline number and disable a support chat, the top section will be empty. The Support button also won’t appear in the Profile section of the app.
