2.0 Data report > RFM segmentation
This page of the report contains tools for sorting customers by frequency, time, and order total. It also has an order heat map.
To see the report, go to the Data report section in the Control Panel.
RFM segmentation allows to filter certain categories of users and get a list of their phone numbers. Use this list for further ad campaigns and other marketing activities.
A table with a list of all phone numbers of customers who made an order during the selected period of time. You can download the spreadsheet in CSV format for further editing in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Order heat map with coordinates. The number of orders at one point affects its size (the more orders, the larger the point on the map) and color.
The heat map allows you to analyze where customers mostly place orders and act to it accordingly (increasing the courier fleet, expanding the city's delivery area, etc.).
