This section creates, edits, and deletes user roles. This allows you to limit the access to the functionality of the platform for each group of users (restaurant manager, call center operator, marketer, etc.).


Settings


Select the Users section from the Control Panel menu.
Open the section Users => User Roles.



Displayed items



Filter by name. Performs a quick search by role name.

Create role button. Clicking on will open the editor for creating a new role.

The table below shows a list of all previously created roles, which includes the following items:



Name. The name of the corresponding role.
Edit icon. Clicking on the icon will open the user role editor.
Delete icon. By clicking on the icon, the user role will be permanently deleted.
Note: After removing a role, all users for whom it was selected will need to select a new moderator role.

By default, there are 5 standard roles in the user role list:

Full access
Delivery service courier
Marketer
Restaurant manager
Call center operator
