In this tab, the main parameters of the promotional campaign are set. This is necessary for further generation of promo codes Manually or Randomly .

Setting parameters


Select the Marketing section in the Control Panel menu.
Open the section Promo codes.
Click the Create button to create a new promotional campaign, or the edit icon to edit an existing one.
Fill in all the fields (see below).
Click Save.




Setup requirements



Who will compensate the promotional code. Responsible for choosing who will compensate the cost of the promotional code. Please note that the discount can only be compensated by the company.
City. The cost of free delivery will be compensated by the city (delivery service).
Company. The cost of the discount or free shipping will be reimbursed by the company.

City. Select a city.

Related promotion. Allows you to link a promotional campaign with a previously created promotion at the city level or at the company level . You can link a promotional campaign only with an existing promotion. Important!!! It is not possible to change the associated promotion for an already created promotional campaign.

Campaign name. Service name of the promotional campaign in the control panel. It is specified in an arbitrary format. For ease of search, it can correspond to the name of the related promotion.
Examples: $50 certificate, $10 off promo code, etc.

The text of the note about the activation of the promo code. Text shown to client after promo-code activation. For example, if description states "Promo-code for free delivery", after inserting the promo-code the client sees the following text: "Promo-code for free delivery has been activated"
. This text also appears in Monitoring and in company’s/courier’s apps for description of the applied promo-code.

Status. The current status of the campaign.
Active. The promotion is active. Campaign promo codes can be used by customers.
Inactive. The promotion is disabled. Campaign promo codes cannot be used by customers.

Promotional campaign codes limit per user. Number of unique campaign codes that can be activated by one user. If the field is 0, one customer will be able to activate an infinite number of promotional codes.
Promo-code limit. The maximum number of uses of each promotional code of the campaign. If 0 is indicated in the field, the promotional code can be activated an infinite number of times.
The promo code usage limit per user. How many times can each promo code of this campaign be activated by one user. Indicated by a number.

Priority. The value of the priority of the campaign, which affects the order of its display in the list of all promotional campaigns. The higher the value, the higher the position on the list.
