2.0 Control panel. Editing a city. Categories. General tab
Use city categories to categorize all available products, i.e., Drinks, Food, Desserts, White meat, Wine and create company categories. Customers can also use them to filter the city companies on the website and in the app.
Name. City category title. Double-click on it for quick editing.
Classifier. Classifier, which depends on the type of products in the selected category.
Link. Category name that appears in the URL-address.
Priority. Priority value that affects the place of the category in the list of city categories, as well as in the category selection filter on the city page and in the app. Double-click on the value for quick editing.
Top (Show in the filter). If active, the category icon appears in the category selection filter on the city page and in the app. Double-click on the current parameter for quick editing. The maximum number of displayed categories — 9.
Note: Company will not appear when selecting a category filter if you don’t select such specialization in the company settings
Status. Current category status. Double-click on the current status for quick editing.
Active. The category is available in the drop-down list when creating a company category.
Inactive. The category is unavailable in the drop-down list when creating a company category.
Pencil icon. Opens the category editing page.
Click + Create to add a new category
Name. Name of the city category (company filter) that appears on the website and in the app (Examples, Burgers, Salads, Pizza)
Status. Sets category availability in the drop-down list when creating a company category.
Active. A category is available in the drop-down list.
Inactive. A category is unavailable in the drop-down list.
Classifier. Classifier, which depends on the type of products in the selected category. The city category classifier automatically links to the company category. Select from the drop-down list.
Link. It is used to form an address bar at the city level. It is indicated in Latin letters without spaces and special symbols.
Example: pizza
Priority. Priority value that affects the place of the category in the list of city categories, as well as in the category selection filter on the city page and in the app. The higher the value, the higher the priority.
Show in filter.
On - the category is displayed on the city screen and in the food categories filter on the site and in mobile apps.
Off - category is not displayed in the filter on the site and in mobile apps.
