Media popups are used to display important information on the website and in the app, promotions, news of the establishment, and various ways to encourage customers to place an order in the form of the establishment's Pages.

To create a Media popup for your company, you need to:

In the Control panel, go to the Marketing section.
Click the Media popup tab.
Click the +Create button and add the necessary information.
Click Save.

Available settings

Name. Media notification name.

Status. Media popup status.
Active - media popup is active.

Inactive - media popup is inactive.

Priority. Set the priority which affects the order of media popup. The higher the value, the higher the priority. If you set a decimal value, it will be automatically rounded to an integer value.

City. Select the city in which the company was established.

Company. Select the name of the company for which you want to create a media popup.

Display from. The start date of the pop-up display period

Display until. The end date of the pop-up display period

Button name. The text that will be displayed on the button. Leave blank if the button is not needed.



Button link. The link that the popup button will open.
Leave blank if the button is not needed.

Image. Popup image upload field.
The image must be in .jpg format. Maximum file size is 1 MB. The recommended resolution is 750х1624px.

Note. You can add an image of any size and use the Image Edit functionality. Select any part of the image that should be displayed for the media. Or you can also upload an image of any size and select the "Use recommended proportions" option, and the recommended requirements will be adjusted.





Note. The media popup circle is located around the logo of the company, but since it is a flat circle, it is better to make the logo square.
