3.0 Switching the operating modes of the location in Dots Business

Operating modes (statuses) allow you to manage the availability of the pick-up point to customers. To change the operating mode, tap the **Menu **button in the upper left corner.

When you tap on the status button, a selection box will appear. The first status in the list will be selected by default.

The following operating modes (statuses) are available:

Pause (corresponds to the "Off" status in the Control Panel). The pick-up point is turned off and unavailable for taking orders. You can set an expiration date for this mode, after which the mode will automatically switch to "Active".

Tip: It is not recommended to pause a single existing pick-up point, as this will prevent customers from placing orders. The company's menu will still be available via a direct link. However, if you do choose to pause a single existing location, you will need to disable the company separately.

Active (corresponds to the "On" link status in the Control Panel). The pick-up point is available for distributing orders for delivery and takeaway

**Active ** (no takeaway). The pick-up point is available for distribution of delivery orders, but is not available for takeaway. The system will also not allow the Monitoring Panel operator to manually distribute takeaway orders to the specified pick-up point.
