3.0 Cashier/company manager instructions
The main task of the cashier/company manager is to receive and process notifications and orders in the Dots Business app. He is also responsible for issuing the order to the courier/customer and placing orders at the company location itself.

Receiving new notifications.
Work with orders (confirmation, modification, cancellation, etc.).
Control of the overall situation on the line.
Operating modes' management.
Communication with operators and company administrators.
On-site ordering.
Customer review management.
Company menu management.

To get started, you need to log in to the Dots Business app or its web version using the account name, login, and password. See here for more details.

After successful authorization, the application will prompt you to select the Company and the Company address. Select the desired establishment and location and click Authorize.

Then make sure the company phone numbers are available and login to the POS terminal (if required).
Select the Active status in order to start accepting orders.

To get started, you need to log in to the Dots Business app or its web version using the account name, login, and password. See here for more details.
